If for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer support at customerservice@artbymonet.net who will be more than happy to assist you. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days post received merchandise. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.

Will I have to pay to ship a damaged item back to you?
We're really sorry to hear if you received a damaged item. We know how excited you must have been to receive the magical treasure. Please contact customerservice@artbymonet.net with photos of how you received the item so we can assist you.
If we ask you to return the product then we will offer a free return shipping label for all domestic orders. Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping cost for international orders.
