Can I request expedited shipping?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time. All of our items are shipped via USPS or UPS within 3 to 5 business days. Items made or constructed on-site may take up to two weeks to ship.
My item was damaged during shipping, what can I do?
Unfortunately on occasion an item may arrive damaged or defective. Please contact customer support at customerservice@artbymonet.net and include a photo of the damaged item so that we can further assist you.
What does it mean if my tracking info say my package is in "Pre-Shipment"?
If your order tracking says your package is in "Pre-Shipment", this indicates that a shipping label has been created for your package and it is currently headed to the carrier's facility.
On rare occasions packages may stay in Pre-Shipment for many days but there is no need to worry. Most likely your package simply did not get an initial scan. You may end up receiving your package without any further tracking updates.
If more than 14 business days go by and you haven’t received your package, please contact us at customerservice@artbymonet.net and we will be happy to assist you further.
Why is my tracking number not working?
If your USPS tracking number is not showing any updates immediately after you received your shipping confirmation email, it's most likely because it usually takes 24-48 hours for USPS to update their tracking system.
In rare occasions, we have seen that it may even take longer for USPS to update their tracking system, especially around Holidays and weekends.
If you don't see any tracking updates and still haven't received your package after 10 business days, please contact our customer service at customerservice@artbymonet.net
